dinner at your camp site.
8:30pm Q. & A. and Opening Ceremony New here? Get answers to your questions & join in the Opening Ceremony (no experience needed) & Lighting of Sacred Fire.
9:30pm Drum Circle Join us as the Drummers, Dancers & Watchers Celebrate around the Sacred Fire at the “Cherokee Woods” Drum Theatre. Ending at ??.?? am. Let the Spirit fill you and join in or just watch & meet friends.
Saturday July 28th
10:00am Music Festival Gates Open
Register, come in & pick a good spot in front of the stage. Bring your folding or camp chairs or throw a blanket on the ground in the “Lake Meadow” area of
Splendor Hollow. Get Ready to be entertained!
11:00am Performers Begin!
12: noon Concession Opens Small concession in Lake Meadow carrying hot dogs & condiments (catsup, mustard, chili & cheese) nachos with cheese & soft drinks.
6:00pm Concession Closes
7:00pm Performers End With a Boom!
7:55pm Music Festival Gates Close
8:00pm Gathering Feast at Kitchen/Pavilion
9:00pm “Celebration of the Sun” Main Ritual Location of Main Ritual on property to be announced at the Gathering Feast.
10:00pm Drum Circle Come celebrate the wonders of the summer in the Smoky Mountains and let the ambiance of the drums, Sacred Fire, dancers, chants and communion with Nature, Spirit and friends take you away!

9:00am Pancake Breakfast (Consession) Low cost hearty breakfast. Good for what ails you after a ‘lively’ weekend.
12:00noon Closing Ceremony Join in with your comments, suggestions and experiences at the First Annual Splendor Hollow Music Festival and Gathering. Experience Closing Circle and prepare to leave with very positive feelings. Break down your site and prepare to journey home.
